Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was fresh made. Its staff was attentive and hospitable. The location turned out to be perfect and nice, next to the Harbour and local attractions, the town centre, and public transport.

The room was separate and incredible and cosy with good facilities when I arrived. Great service, although a few employees were ok. The setting was marvellous, right by Paignton and the surrounding areas, the cinema and attractions and public transport.

Thanks for the pleasant stay for 5 nights. It has perfect location an easy walk to Dartmouth Steam Railway. What's more, it's in a comfortable area very close to ordinary train stations. The staff are very very helpful and reasonably good and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Terrific service, just what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic especially tea, toast, and cereals. The location was great and amazing, for example, a sandy beach was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

We added a continental breakfast to the price, it was outstanding with wonderful grilled vegetables and better sausages. Lovely central location near shops, arcade, beach, cinema and evening meals, shops very clean and Paignton and the surrounding areas.

The hotel was in a central setting near to everything the holiday maker would need. Plus, it was close to eateries, and the beautiful beach. Overall rooms were adequate and had a large wardrobe and a mobile.

Exceptionally friendly and lovely hotel in a beautiful position close to promenade. Free parking onsite provided. Not to mention good wifi! Location close to Beach, shops and restaurants, shops, arcade, beach, cinema and evening meals and the town centre.

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a great bed. Super-friendly staff, answered all questions. The breakfast with wonderful grilled vegetables was particularly good and incredible for what you got.

I had 5 nights in Paignton, spending the time here lovely. Everything was good, including freshly cooked and incredible breakfasts with better sausages and wonderful grilled vegetables, for instance. The staff was excellent friendly and reasonably good all the time. This location was stunning, close to shops, arcade, beach, cinema and evening meals, many other restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach.

Had a very enjoyable stay for 5 nights, would recomand this place. The location of the hotel was incredible and prime - a 10-15 minute walk from an outdoor water park. Moreover, it was not far from the harbour, goodrington beach and shops. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was perfect, including plenty of amazing food.

Nice breakfast, GREAT location. The room was very clean. Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as goodrington sands beach. Scoffs, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
