Extremely clean building, good location near to shops, pubs, bars and restaurants, the town centre and the train/bus station and seafront. The place was impeccably clean and staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast selection was fresh and outstanding with hearty portions and better sausages, for example. It had a perfect location near to sea front, on the front resturants and Paignton and Dartmouth. Plus, such tourist sights as a famous Victorian entertainment complex were right at the hotel.

Thanks for the pleasant stay for 5 nights. It has perfect location an easy walk to Dartmouth Steam Railway. What's more, it's in a comfortable area very close to ordinary train stations. The staff are very very helpful and reasonably good and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

I had 5 nights in Paignton, spending the time here lovely. Everything was good, including freshly cooked and incredible breakfasts with better sausages and wonderful grilled vegetables, for instance. The staff was excellent friendly and reasonably good all the time. This location was stunning, close to shops, arcade, beach, cinema and evening meals, many other restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach.

Had a very enjoyable stay for 5 nights, would recomand this place. The location of the hotel was incredible and prime - a 10-15 minute walk from an outdoor water park. Moreover, it was not far from the harbour, goodrington beach and shops. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was perfect, including plenty of amazing food.

Nice breakfast, GREAT location. The room was very clean. Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as goodrington sands beach. Scoffs, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
